Project Manager (MEMarchitecture)

You'll participate in the creation of some of the most ambitious residential and high-end office projects in California and Florida.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in an architecture office, designing and managing high-end residential project
- Strong design ability
- Excellent technical skills and thorough understanding of materials, construction detailing, and methods
- Expertise leading construction detailing and assemblies, construction documents, and producing complete construction document sets
- Technical expertise to review, comment on, and develop creative ideas in response to consultants' work — verifying and selecting systems and recommendations that fit project goals
- Knowledge and application of building code requirements
- Ability to review design and documentation for planning and building code compliance
- Fluency in CAD; proficiency in MS Office, Adobe CS, and/or Bluebeam
- Demonstrated ability to take projects from programming through construction
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Demonstrated project management skills, including developing and managing deliverable schedules and monitoring progress to keep projects on track
- Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities
- Proven ability to manage, motivate, and lead a project team
- Ability to assign and delegate tasks while maintaining responsibility for project documentation and executing the design vision
- Ability to take direction from clients and manage their expectations
- Ability to act as prime point of contact for construction administration and consultant coordination
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Commitment to upholding best practices and MEM's process and CAD standards
- Ability to review and redline documents for QA/QC
