MEMarchitecture is a boutique architecture firm with big ambitions, based in the heart of San Francisco's financial district. We're seeking a Job Captain to join our thriving team and help create some of the most ambitious residential and high-end office projects across California and Florida.

We're service-driven and committed to advanced, sustainable construction methods and smart-technology integration in every high-end creative project we design. We're looking for people who share that passion, bring deep architectural knowledge, and are eager to take on more responsibility. 

Qualifications:

  • Professional architecture degree
  • 5+ years of experience in an architecture office, working on high-end residential projects
  • Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills
  • Strong technical skills and a thorough understanding of interior materials, construction detailing, and methods
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Fluent in CAD; proficient in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Bluebeam
  • Strong design and presentation skills — sketches, renderings, or other media
  • Experience developing construction documents
  • Ability to uphold best practices and MEM's process and CAD standards
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to take direction from clients and supervisors
  • Ability to meet deadlines for production, renderings, presentations, and research
