Architectural Designer/Project Manager (Costa Brown Architecture)
Costa Brown Architecture, a small, San Francisco based architecture studio, is seeking a designer to assist with a variety of project types, including commercial offices, mid-size mixed use buildings, and unique residential renovation projects in an urban context. We are looking for a well-organized, self-starter who can juggle multiple projects at a time, and is a good communicator with an upbeat personality. This is an in-office position. Experience in design development is required, and experience with construction/permit drawings is a plus. We will train the right person. As a member of our small team, you’ll contribute directly to projects from initial design through permitting and construction, while gaining opportunities to take on greater responsibility and advance your professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with existing conditions drawings and design development
- Prepare permit and construction documents in Revit
- Participate in client meetings and project presentations
- Assist with construction administration and field coordination
- Contribute to design discussions, sketching, and technical problem-solving
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-5 Years design experience
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
- Proficiency with digital 3D modeling, Lumion rendering software
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Experience in furniture selection and coordination
