Project Architect (Prospect Studio)

We are looking for an experienced, self-starting Project Architect to join our Jackson Hole, Wyoming studio. You’ll lead projects from first sketch to final close-out, working closely with our Principals in a workplace where your ideas and leadership matter. What you’ll do:

• Oversee projects from Conceptual Design through Construction Documents, Construction Administration, and close-out
• Work directly with Principals to set project budgets, staffing, schedules, financial management, and contract requirements
• Coordinate communication among clients, consultants, and our internal team
• Lead 3D design and BIM modeling, along with the graphic and digital production of presentations and record documents
• Establish and uphold architectural standards, policies, and procedures, while ensuring compliance with building and accessibility codes
• Mentor junior staff and serve as a resource across the studio

What you bring:

• Accredited degree in architecture (registered architect preferred)
• 5+ years of relevant project management experience
• Excellent oral, written, and graphic communication skills
• Comfort working independently and within interdisciplinary teams
• Legal authorization to work long-term in the United States
