SketchPro is an AI copilot for architects and engineers that accelerates construction documentation. We work with leading architecture firms to streamline production and deliver documentation at the highest level.
The role
This role is essential in embedding with customers' firms to understand how they work and showing teams how to put SketchPro to work in their workflows and projects. You'll work alongside architects at some of the most respected firms in the world, and you'll own growth within a firm.
Put plainly: you own the gap between a signed pilot and real adoption on real projects.
What you'll own
- Onboarding and activation: group and 1:1 sessions, IT and install coordination, getting firms to defined activation milestones
- Ongoing engagement: weekly office hours, in-person workshops, 1:1 follow-ups, tracking usage health per firm
- Champions: finding and activating the people inside each firm who carry this forward
- Product feedback: turning messy input from calls into structured, prioritized insight for product and engineering
- Growth: discovery and demo calls with firm leadership, and tying pilot feedback to the commercial case that converts
Ideal background
- 4 to 6 years at an architecture or design firm
- Experience across construction documentation workflows, SD through CA
- Fluency in Revit
- Comfortable communicating with firm leadership and working directly with architects
You don't need to be a salesperson, but you must be confident, a clear communicator, and trusted by other designers. Software or AI experience is not required.
Compensation and benefits
$100,000 to $125,000 salary plus equity. Medical, dental, and vision coverage. Health and wellness stipend. Lunch and dinner covered five days a week in the San Francisco office.
