Senior Project Manager

Levine Architects has an opening for a Senior Project Manager. We offer a flexible PT position with the option to increase hours depending on project load. This is a career position for the right candidate who has an interest in gaining increasing responsibility and potentially ownership in the company. 

Ideally, you are a licensed architect with a minimum of 10 years’ experience who will handle, in order of preference: 

• High quality, creative design concepts
• Quality control, project management and scheduling
• Client contact in person in the Bay Area
• Staff supervision and on site meetings
• Consultant coordination
• Code analysis
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Excel
• Permit expediting and Construction administration
• Sketching, and digital rendering
• Marketing and business development
