Project Manager (William Fisher Architecture)

Applicants should:

• Be a licensed Architect or working toward licensure.
• Have 8+ years of experience.
• Be proficient in Revit.
• Have experience seeing projects from start to finish. Work well with others and be able to help support junior staff.
• Be well organized and communicate effectively.
• Ability to commute and/or relocate: Santa Cruz, CA 95060

You will be involved in all phases of a project, including, but not limited to:

• Client meetings and coordination.
• Establishing existing conditions.
• Coordination of consultants.
• Management of permitting process.
• Managing schedules and budgets.
• Production of Contract Documents.
• Construction Management.

Current projects include:

• Residential - remodels, and new homes,
• Civic - government and colleges.
• Commercial - restaurants, music venues, retail, and offices.

Compensation:

• Salary $93k – 110k
• Flexible schedule (One day remote, four days in the studio)
