The Opportunity
We are looking for several proven, self-motivated, focused Project Architect/Managers with 8+ years of experience on educational, residential, religious, and/or community-driven building projects to join our growing team. You will have tremendous opportunities for project leadership throughout a project process with long-term career advancement potentials based on performance on a diverse array of building typologies, including:
- Major high school and elementary campus renovations.
- New mixed-use residential developments (including a 1,000-acre master plan).
- A new college campus master plan and an iconic church structure.
- A new ground-up large medical office building along a major thoroughfare.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of full-time experience producing and coordinating construction document sets.
- Education: Bachelor of Architecture from an accredited university.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in REVIT, Sketch-up, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and hand-sketching.
- Knowledge: Working knowledge of various construction types, building materials and systems, California Building Code and ADA Accessibility Code.
- Soft Skills: Strong collaboration, effective communication, flexible mindset, analytical problem-solving, and a team-player.
- Key Skills: Ability to lead multiple projects independently as well as collaborate on larger-scale projects as part of a team, reporting directly to the Studio Lead and Principal Architect. Able to mentor and review work by others for quality of technical documentation and deliverables.
