MULTI-FAMILY PROJECT MANAGER – San Francisco

The firm is located adjacent to the vibrant Embarcadero waterfront and just a few blocks from major transit systems. We currently have a hybrid in-office schedule of working three days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) and two days at home (Monday and Friday)
We are seeking a Project Manager (PM) who will work directly with our Principals in the development of projects from schematic design, production of construction documents, and through construction administration. The PM will also be responsible for performing quality control review of construction documents, coordinating consultants for the scheduling, establishes budgets, and monitors adherence to terms of project service agreements.

Educational / Experience Requirements:
The responsibilities and knowledge requirements of this position require a minimum of 5 years of multi-family experience and an accredited degree in Architecture. Additional requirements may be one or more of the following:
- Strong knowledge of Type V materials and methods of construction.
- Proficient in AutoCad and Revit
- Strong knowledge of CBC and other applicable building codes.
- Understanding of merchant-built housing, product types and markets preferred.
