The Role

Oscito is looking for a Project Manager who can lead projects from initial bid through construction and
closeout while maintaining our standards for quality, communication, and client experience. This role is
equal parts planning, leadership, and execution, requiring a strong understanding of both construction
and managing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from bid to final walkthrough, including estimating, and expense tracking
  • Facilitate consistent, free-flowing information between client, designer, and foreman
  • Develop construction plans, documentation, and project setup across internal systems
  • Maintain quality control and ensure all work aligns with design intent and craftsmanship standards
  • Manage jobsite operations including personnel scheduling and material logistics
  • Oversee subcontractor coordination, scheduling, agreements, quality expectations, and site
    organization
  • Handle change-orders from pricing through execution and documentation
  • Support team leadership through regular check-ins, meetings, job cost reviews, and process
    improvement
  • Contribute to systems, processes, and how we work as a team

What We’re looking for

  • 3+ years of construction management experience
  • Experience bidding construction projects
  • Ability to read plans and detail drawings, bonus points for CAD experience
  • Clear, proactive communication with strong interpersonal skills
  • Fan of spreadsheets, schedules, and systems to manage multiple moving parts
  • 1+ years of hands on construction experience
  • High attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
  • Alignment with a team-first, low ego culture
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, materials, and building
  • Creativity and flexibility
  • Fluency with a variety of software and ability to adapt
