The Opportunity

We are looking for a self-motivated, focused Junior Designer with 2+ years of architectural/interior design project experience at an established firm to join our growing team. You will have opportunities for tremendous growth and exposure to diverse building typologies, including:

• Major high school and elementary campus renovations and additions.
• New mixed-use residential developments (including a 1,000-acre master plan).
• A new college campus master plan and an iconic church structure.
• A new ground-up large medical office building along a major thoroughfare.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of full-time experience producing architecture or interior design documents.
• Education: Bachelor of Architecture from an accredited university.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in REVIT, Enscape, AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and hand-sketching.
• Knowledge: Working knowledge of California Building Code and ADA Accessibility Code.
• Soft Skills: Strong collaboration, effective communication, flexible mindset, analytical problem-solving, and a team-player.
• Key Skills: Ability to work effectively under the direction of a Job Captain, Project Architect/Manager, balancing demands on multiple projects at various stages of development.
