Director of Marketing (BAR Architects & Interiors)

BAR Architects & Interiors is seeking a savvy, driven, flexible and creative Director of Marketing to lead a marketing team charged with all aspects of marketing and communications. Reporting to BAR’s Managing Principal, the Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and delivering successful strategic marketing efforts that unify our diverse market sectors under a single, compelling narrative - strengthening our market position, fostering cross-sector collaboration, and driving sustainable growth while consistently communicating the value and vision of our firm.

We are looking for a deep understanding of marketing principles and the trends shaping the A/E/C industry, compelling communication skills, and proven ability to lead and inspire a team. BAR's Director of Marketing is a highly visible leadership role that will play a crucial part in the firm's ongoing success. A high degree of in-person collaboration is expected and an on-site presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week is required.
