Qualifications
Requirements for this position include a professional degree in architecture or related field and at least three years of professional experience in architecture or related industry in the United States. Successful candidates will demonstrate: 

  • Fully competent in the principles and practices of modern architectural design and delivery
  • Strong design sensibility and commitment to sustainable design; LEED accreditation is a plus
  • Ability to generate, develop, critically evaluate, and present architectural concepts throughout all phases of the design process
  • Ability to plan, review, analyze, and make recommendations regarding designs, plans, schedules, and
    specifications
  • Responsibility for investigating, evaluating, and developing specific technical and design solutions
  • General understanding of construction methods and materials
  • Working knowledge of building and accessibility codes
  • Working knowledge of design documentation, architectural detailing, and building systems/assemblies
  • Proficiency with BIM/3D modeling software including Revit and SketchUp, the Adobe Creative Suite, and hand sketching
  • Ability to work with clients, project consultants, and in-house project teams
  • Strong written, graphic, and oral communication skills

Note that some Group 4 projects offer opportunities for work-related travel, including overnight travel to project sites.

$36-$48 per hour
