We are seeking a talented and well-rounded new team member to join us full-time on mixed-use/ affordable multifamily low-rise and mid-rise architectural projects. The ideal candidate would draw upon their experience and expertise to lead and mentor project teams, coordinate with consultants, and develop design solutions.

Qualifications:
- 7-15 years of post-architectural degree experience.
- Having a high level of curiosity and passion for architectural practice.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Interest in working on all phases of affordable multi-family housing buildings.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a collaborative work environment.
- Problem-solving skills in the context of physical and logistical constraints.
- Well-rounded professional background that includes creative architectural design and documentation experience at all project phases, technical research, and detailing.
- Understanding building codes (state and local) and ability to apply them throughout project phases.
- Understanding the building systems and the ability to actively coordinate the systems with various consultants throughout project phases.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and presentation graphics software (i.e. Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and hand sketching) is required.
- Registered Architect in the US or near completion of the ARE process.
$110,000+ depending on experience and qualifications
