ARCHITECTURAL JUNIOR DESIGNER - Oakland

TCA is looking for a passionate, design oriented individual who is interested in multi-family design to join our growing team. An Architectural Designer will support Senior Designers with graphics, 3D modeling, renderings, presentations, materials boards, color-blocking and design studies. We require skills in the following programs: SketchUp, Revit, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. The candidate may also assist the Job Captain in the production of construction documents.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years Architectural experience
- Minimum of 1 year Sketchup and Revit experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize & multi-task
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or higher
- On track to be licensed
Position Location:
The Architectural Designer will be located in our downtown Oakland office. We offer a hybrid schedule of working Monday – Wednesday in the office and Thursday and Friday working from home.
Salary Range: $28.00 - $38.00/hour ($58,240 - $79,040/yearly)
