AIA San Francisco and the Center for Architecture + Design will present the Youth Design Festival during Architecture Week 2026.

This four-day festival engages over 100 students in hands-on workshops and design activities focused on climate resilience and equitable communities. Festival programming includes career-focused events such as Real Talk on Internships Part 2, which offer pathways for students to explore careers in architecture and design.

Supported by AIA National, the program serves as a pilot for a twice-annual youth design series aimed at inspiring the next generation of designers and civic leaders.
