Women In Architecture (WiA)

The AIASF Women in Architecture Committee (WiA) champions the advancement, visibility, and leadership of women in the architecture and design professions. Through dynamic programming and community engagement, WiA fosters a supportive network that addresses the unique challenges and achievements of women in the field. The committee promotes equity, inclusion, and representation at all levels of practice, creating space for meaningful dialogue and transformative change within the built environment.

Get involved!

The WiA is having a kick-off planning meeting on August 5th at 6 pm. This gathering will be the first step for WiA to become an official AIASF Knowledge Community, and we will begin to define goals, develop a schedule for monthly meetings, discuss leadership and develop a yearly plan.
