Crina-Antonia Ivancu
Crina-Antonia Ivancu is a German-licensed architect and Architectural Designer at SCB in San Francisco, with seven years of international experience in institutional and multifamily work. She is pursuing U.S. licensure through the NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards) Foreign Architect Program and completed the ARE (Architect Registration Examination) in November 2025.

Roland Lau, AIA
Current AIASF Co-Chair of the Architectural Licensing Committee (ALC) and Chair from 2014 – 2023; Co-Chair of the AIASF Mentorship Knowledge Community that promotes mentorship and licensure for all levels of unlicensed members.
Roland has worked on a large variety of projects such as hospitals, housing, justice facilities, airports, office buildings, hotels, laboratories, recreation facilities, etc. His recent work experience has been with large firms, but it was based on a foundation that began with small and medium sized architectural firms.

Dan Hogman, AIA
Dan is an architect (WA, NY), artist, and art educator. Beyond his studio design work and university teaching at the AAU, Dan has served for years as an instructor with AIA San Francisco, leading preparation classes for the Architect Registration Examination (ARE). Leveraging his extensive professional background and licensure across multiple states, he mentors emerging professionals through the technical complexities, legal frameworks, and practical knowledge required to successfully navigate NCARB licensing exams. Dan holds master's degrees in architecture and museology from the Academy of Art and Harvard University.
