How to Submit / Artwork Specifications
Event submission must include all details requested (send to steng@aiasf.org):
- Events must be submitted for approval at least three to four weeks before the event date
- The submission must consist of an event description, image, speaker or presentation names, and bios.
Event Calendar Listing
Image:
- 525x225px
- JPG or PNG (no text or logo)
- Speaker head shots (if applicable): 800x800px
Event details:
- Event description: 500 words max
- UTM or event registration link
- Event name, date, time, speakers, hosts
- Speaker bios (if applicable): 50 words max
The approved event will be listed on the Calendar page and have its own event page to display event information. The event may be promoted in AIASF's weekly newsletters at extra cost.
