How to Submit / Artwork Specifications
Event submission must include all details requested (send to steng@aiasf.org):
- Events must be submitted for approval at least three to four weeks before the event date
- The submission must consist of an event description, image, speaker or presentation names, and bios.
Newsletter Listing
Image:
- 800x800 px
- JPG or PNG (no text or logo)
Event details:
- UTM or event registration link
- Event name, date, time, speakers, hosts
- 50-word event description
The approved event will be listed in one (1) newsletter. The event may be promoted on AIASF's Event Calendar at extra cost.
