Qualifications:

  • Professional Architecture Degree
  • 7 or more years of experience working in an architecture office working on high-end residential projects
  • Excellent verbal, written, and lead graphic communications skills
  • Excellent technical skills and thorough understanding of interior materials and construction detailing and methods
  • Excellent organizational, record-keeping capabilities
  • Fluent in CAD; proficient in MS Office, Adobe CS and/or Bluebeam
  • Strong design ability and presentation skills in sketches, renderings or other means
  • Uphold best practices and MEM’s process standards and CAD standards
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to take direction from clients and supervisors
  • Experienced in developing construction documents
  • Effectively follow deadlines for production, renderings, presentations and research
