Qualifications:
- Professional Architecture Degree
- 7 or more years of experience working in an architecture office working on high-end residential projects
- Excellent verbal, written, and lead graphic communications skills
- Excellent technical skills and thorough understanding of interior materials and construction detailing and methods
- Excellent organizational, record-keeping capabilities
- Fluent in CAD; proficient in MS Office, Adobe CS and/or Bluebeam
- Strong design ability and presentation skills in sketches, renderings or other means
- Uphold best practices and MEM’s process standards and CAD standards
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to take direction from clients and supervisors
- Experienced in developing construction documents
- Effectively follow deadlines for production, renderings, presentations and research
