Jackson Liles Architecture (JLA) is seeking a talented and technically proficient Project Architect with 8+ years of professional experience to join our collaborative and dynamic team. What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture
- Experience: 8+ years of relevant professional experience in architecture
- Licensure: Architectural licensure (or a clear path to licensure)
- Technical Expertise & Project Experience: Strong knowledge of building systems, detailing, sustainability, and code compliance. Proven ability to produce and coordinate Construction Documents with both internal team members and external consultants. Experience with Construction Administration. Experience with DSA projects is a plus.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey design intent and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Leadership & Organization: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to lead multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Team Mentorship: A collaborative spirit with a passion for mentoring junior staff and fostering cross-team collaboration.
- Work Authorization: Current legal authorization to work in the United States required
- Bay Area Resident: Must currently reside in the San Francisco Bay Area.
