Junior to Intermediate Designer (Rae & Heath Architects)

We’re a small architecture office designing residential and commercial projects in San Francisco and beyond.

We’re looking for a designer who wants meaningful project experience, direct mentorship, and the opportunity to contribute from early design through construction.

We care more about the quality of your work, how you think, and how you collaborate than whether your resume checks every box. The experience range (2-7 years) is a guideline, not a hard cutoff.
