Junior-Intermediate Designer (Weisbach Architecture | Design)

Weisbach architecture | design is an architecture and interior design firm founded by Lev Weisbach and headquartered in San Francisco. The firm provides design services to private, commercial, and community-based clients, with a focus on projects that include private residences, multi-family housing, recreation and entertainment, restaurants, and hospitality projects. The firm draws on broad experience and offers strategic planning, all phases of architectural and interior design, FF&E selection, and all documentation required for feasibility, entitlements, design, permitting, procurement and construction.

We are currently seeking a talented junior to Intermediate designer with residential and commercial design experience. The candidate must be willing to work in a fast paced, highly design oriented environment and have strong design, technical and graphic skills. The candidate will be a team player with strengths in presentation work and should be able to work independently as well as take direction on a broad variety of responsibilities. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and construction document production is a requirement. This position is a full time in-office position in San Francisco.

Current work includes single family residences, renovation of a performing arts theater, and a 16-acre residential subdivision project.

• Masters of Architecture degree from an accredited architecture program
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
• Highly skilled in Sketch-Up, Revit, AutoCAD and Illustrator
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• More than 3 years of full-time experience in Architecture
• Solid working knowledge of California Building Codes and ADA Accessibility Codes
• Strong discipline with accuracy, follow-up, communications, very detail-oriented, and diligent
• Legal work status in the United States
