We work on a wide range of dynamic projects from custom residential, commercial, educational, religious, industrial and everything in between. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of multiple small to midsize projects. You would be responsible for the coordination of project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. Serving as the primary client liaison, you would provide oversight to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client's satisfaction.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Working closely with Principal Architect and integral to all project phases from schematic design through construction administration
  • Building code and zoning ordinance research to define project parameters with some assistance
  • Preparing design layouts and details, which requires researching, compiling and recording information for assigned projects
  • Determining support required for the successful completion of project tasks
  • Field measuring to produce as-built drawings
  • Interacting with consultants, clients and various jurisdictions
  • Product research
  • Flexibility to support other project teams within the office as needed

Qualifications:

  • B. Arch or M. Arch from an NAAB accredited architecture program
  • 5-8 years of experience in the architecture field
  • Licensure preferred but not required
  • Proficiency with BIM programs (ArchiCAD preferred, but willing to train)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite and related software
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of transitioning between multiple projects and tasks
  • Solves design issues creatively
  • Self-motivated and proactive personality with a strong sense of office camaraderie
