Mentorship

AIASF Mentorship Knowledge Community is advancing the profession of architecture by connecting professionals through a speed match to pair mentors and mentees. We support the collaboration and the exchange of knowledge between mixed groups from all backgrounds and experience levels through various events we host throughout the year to encourage groups to stay together. We facilitate cross-generational interaction between established and emerging professionals for personal and professional development. Our program is open to everyone.

MATCHING SURVEY

Join us for the kickoff of the 2026 AIASF Mentorship Program. Meet your cohort for the first time, connect with the other groups and get acquainted with the program!

Please be sure to complete the matching form before noon on Monday January 26th, 2026. Your cohort will include: one seasoned professional (15+ years), one mid-level licensed architect (5–15 years), one mid-level unlicensed professional (5–15 years), one emerging professional (under 5 years), and one student. 

Can't make it in person? No worries, you can still participate! 
Completion of the matching form is required to participate in the program, but all participants who complete the form will be placed in a mentorship cohort even if they are unable to attend the kickoff event (but we really do recommend attending).

Participation is open to all active AIASF members as part of your member benefits. Current students are encouraged to participate and may join AIASF at no cost.
