Join AMFP NorCal and AMFP SoCal Chapter- Association of Medical Facility Professionals in collaboration with the AIA San Francisco for the upcoming webinar to hear about pre-fab and modular innovations transforming the construction industry.

This moderated discussion will focus on how the team faced a uniquely constrained urban site with little to no laydown space for staging materials. To overcome this, they turned to offsite prefabrication, producing fully plumbed and wired bathroom pods in a controlled warehouse environment. Because the project has a large volume of bathrooms, the economics of modular fabrication worked, planning for entire units to be delivered directly to their final location on site. By bypassing the need for laydown space and arriving ready to install, these prefabricated podshave shifted the construction schedule, reduced onsite disruption, and demonstrated how modular strategies can align with OSHPD/HCAI’s approved pathway.

No Space, No Problem! October 29, 10-11 am PST. Register!

This event is being hosted in collaboration with the AIASF Health + Science Knowledge Community.
