Anne Tourney, FAIA
Partner, Mithun

Anne is an architect who has made affordable multi-family housing and transit-oriented urban infill the focus of her work for more than 30 years. Her affordable housing experience includes award-winning projects in San Francisco and beyond, including Casa Adelante 2060 Folsom and Kapuso at the Upper Yard BART TOD, recognized with a national AIA Committee on the Environment (COTE) Top Ten Awards.

Iveanette Santiago Rivera
Associate Principal, Mithun

Iveanette is a project designer with more than 15 years of professional experience. With a passion for affordable housing projects, she brings technical knowledge and design skills to a wide range of project types including mixed use, multifamily residential and student housing. She has held the role of project architect and project manager for multiple affordable housing projects including Kapuso at the Upper Yard, leading the 2026 AIA Committee on the Environment (COTE) Top Ten Award-winning project from concept design through construction administration. Currently she is contributing to two highrise projects: 1979 Mission in San Francisco, and Levering Tower, a 1,150-bed student housing project at UCLA.
