Residential

Herman Coliver Locus Architecture designs people-centered buildings, that honor the humanity of their residents, dignify their individuality, delight the eye and leave a light footprint on the environment. The 10 person practice has a well-deserved reputation for designing humanly-scaled, eminently livable environments for single families as well as formerly homeless individuals, low income seniors as well as emancipated foster youth. They are amongst the winners of the 2013 Net Zero Design Competition.
