Intermediate/Senior Designer/Architect (Castor Architecture)

We are looking for a licensed architect or experienced unlicensed professional to join us on a part-time basis (20-30 hours per week) for an ongoing, long-term position with flexible, remote work. You will play a key role in the production and coordination of design review, building permit, and construction drawing sets for custom residential projects located throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Requirements include proficiency in AutoCAD and an understanding of the California Building Code. Responsibilities include managing drawing quality and document consistency, coordinating with other consultants, responding to plan check comments, and communicating directly with project teams and clients as needed.
