We are seeking a talented and well-rounded new team member to join us full-time on mixed-use/ affordable multifamily low-rise and mid-rise architectural projects. The ideal candidate would draw upon their experience and expertise to lead and mentor project teams, coordinate with consultants, and develop design solutions.

Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of post-architectural degree experience.
- A high level of curiosity, self motivation and passion for architectural practice.
- Interest in working on all phases of affordable multi-family housing, tenant improvements and adaptive re-use.
- Ability to work independently and inside a team to meet budget and schedule
- Interest in research and detailing.
- Understanding the basics of state and local building codes..
- Understanding the basics of building systems.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and familiaritiy with presentation graphics software (i.e. Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Enscape) is required.
- Hand sketching as a design tool is preferred.
- Pursuing or near completion of ARE.
$70,000+ depending on experience and qualifications
