About the Presenter
Lindsay Moon, originally from Toronto, but a Bay Area resident for two decades; she knows a lot about construction and homes in general, some might say she's a home expert. As a former licensed general contractor, and now a builder with Green Galaxy Builders, and licensed mortgage broker with Searchlight Lending, she's got a lot of knowledge of all that goes into purchasing, owning and maintaining a home. Lindsay's passionate about making construction greener and more affordable and strongly believes that prefab construction methods are going to help revolutionize an industry that's overdue for an overhaul. Construction is out-of-reach for many and homes are old and inefficient; SIPS are a means to building smarter, faster, greener and cheaper and Lindsay's working with homeowners and home professionals alike on utilizing these methods - saving everyone time and money all while building greener. Lindsay lives in Novato with her two boys, (three if you count her husband), three dogs, one leopard gecko and fish. When not geeking-out on homes, design, and architecture, she's gardening, volunteering, sailing, or going on adventures with her family.
