Whether in a home or hotel, the bathroom serves as both grooming station and refuge. The well-designed styling space saves us time and effort, as well as making the time we spend more enjoyable. This course discusses what users consider the ideal styling space experience and recent technological innovations that help achieve it.


Learning Objectives

  1. Describe the research-based “ideal user experience model” for styling spaces
  2. Recall recent technological innovations for bathroom styling spaces
  3. Describe factors that influence effective lighting for grooming and supporting natural circadian rhythms, and
  4. Identify types of technology-enabled products for bathroom styling spaces.
