Consider how different our work and home environments will be in five to ten years. How will workplaces inspire people to be more creative and productive? How will our work and home settings affect the way we think, communicate, interact, and establish relationships in our daily lives? It is impossible to know what the future will bring, but it is certain that the design industry is undergoing a tremendous change as it must remain innovative and evolve with the times; technology is set to play a huge role in this transformation. Just as companies are reinventing workplace and household interiors in response to all these changes, interior designers must look to the future to anticipate these developments as well.

Moderated by Cardenio Petrucci, founder, DSEGNARE, Verda Alexander, principal and co-founder, Studio O+A; Kelly Dubisar, Senior Associate Design Director, Gensler; Gary Hutton, Principal, Gary Hutton Design; and Kelly Waters, Senior Designer F+B and Hospitality Studio, Gensler, will discuss important questions around the topic of the future of interior design in commercial and residential projects.

Save the date for the next DSEGNARE design talk on Hospitality on Wednesday, November 8, 2017.
