Dave Hegarty has been performing duct tests, energy consulting and Title 24 expertise since 1998. He officially formed and became the President of DuctTesters, Inc. in 2004. Dave is licensed and certified by CalCERTS, CHEERS, BPI, LEED, HERS, HERS II, GreenPoint Rated, NGBS, and Thermographer.

Dave’s certifications includes: 2016 and 2013 New Construction Residential, New Construction Non Residential, Altera-tions Residential, Alterations Non Residential, Whole House Rater, RCA 2, and RCA 1. In addition to 2008 New Con-struction Residential, New Construction Non Residential, Alterations Residential, Alterations Non Residential, Whole House Rater, RCA 2, RCA 1, EnergyStar, EEM, undefined, and Photovoltaic (Solar Electric). In 2013, Dave was award-ed: GreenPoint Rater of the Year.
