Marsha Maytum, AIA, Principal at Leddy Maytum Stacy Architects will lead a tour of the recently completed Commonwealth Club headquarters in San Francisco for COTE's first "Buildings & Beer" event of the year. The LEED™ Gold Certified building includes a 300-seat auditorium, meeting rooms, boardroom, a library, catering facility and staff workspace, and is designed to reduce energy use by 70% compared to similar building types.
The tour will begin promptly at 6:00 PM inside the building lobby at 110 The Embarcadero in San Francisco. An informal discussion on the rooftop garden follows at 7:00 PM with a cheese and wine networking hour.
Founded in 1903, The Commonwealth Club of California is the nation’s oldest and largest public affairs forum.
