The Infinity (1.5 LUs) October 24, 2008 3:00 - 5:00 pm 160 Folsom St, San Francisco, CA 94105 The demolition of the elevated freeway after the 1989 earthquake has spurred the creation of a new high-density high-rise neighborhood in San Francisco. To get a taste of the transformation surrounding Rincon Hill and the Embarcadero, join us on a walking tour of The Infinity.
The Infinity consists of four buildings with 650 residential units that surround a landscaped public plaza. Its generous array of amenities and refined luxury finishes reflect outstanding design and excellence of craftsmanship. Residents began moving into their homes at The Infinity earlier this year. Clark Manus, FAIA will lead the tour and share the project’s design history and discuss Heller Manus Architects’ collaboration with Arquitectonica. Carl Shannon, Managing Director of Tishman Speyer, will share the history of The Infinity’s development. Tours will start from The Infinity Sales & Design Center at 160 Folsom Street. Hard hats are not required.
