Integrated Project Delivery

Citation Award: Public Utilities Commission Building

Embodying the commitment of city government to sustainability, this 13 story, 277,500 SF bldg. aims for LEED platinum. With high performance goals, the project team developed a new process for BIM-based collaboration, where the same model is used for both design and construction. The jury gave this entry high marks for integration of sustainable analysis within an Integrated Project Delivery framework.
