Originally the mayor's carriage house in the early 1800's, this building has been transformed into a catalyst for change: an incubator for small, locally owned businesses and a community hub and meeting house. Sensitively scaled and planned for cross pollination, this exceptional renovation has become the heart of the neighborhood.
