Creating an inspirational and efficient workspace for the creative industry is one of the most difficult challenges a designer can face. While they allow for more flexibility and freedom in design, a firm must think outside of the box to rise above the Client’s expectations. Our design solution became known as the “creative factory.” It rested upon celebrating the building’s bones, bringing the warehouse shell back to its former glory, while providing exceptional workplace function that complements the creativity within.
