This new, freestanding studio includes music rehearsal space and guest quarters. The combination of a design-build contract and building information modeling resulted in a project that adhered to the highest standards of custom design and construction. The jury commented: using technology and the team approach to work with government agencies and the client has resulted in an elegant design solution.
