The ideal candidate is a Licensed Architect and meets the following criteria: • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in private practice with a keen interest in preservation planning and architecture; • Talented designer with strong communication and presentation skills; • Able to develop and maintain client relationships; • Able to work independently; • Possess a team-playing aptitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to foster a positive and effective team environment; • Detail oriented with strong technical skills; • Ability to manage project scope, schedule and budget; • Strong working knowledge of building codes; • Proficient in AutoCAD & MS Office (Word & Excel). Revit experience desired; • Experience with Microsoft Projects and other scheduling programs desired.
