MKThink, the San Francisco ideas company for the built environment, integrates performance, aesthetics, and sustainability factors into thoughtful solutions to complex problems. Current work includes new construction and adaptive-reuse for learning, healing, workplace, and community projects. Our clients include premier educational, corporate, non-profit, and healthcare institutions.

We are currently in search of a highly motivated and talented Project Manager who is self-driven, detail oriented, and able to work well in a team environment. This individual will be a valuable addition to our architectural design team and will be able to come in and hit the ground running. Strong communication, interpersonal skills and a great attitude are expected.

Ideal applicants must have a demonstrated ability to deal with highly complex projects and multidisciplinary teams. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience in project management. In addition, applicants must have a degree from an accredited architecture or design school. Masters degree is highly desired.

Candidates must be proficient in a variety of design visualization tools, including freehand and digital techniques. Proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Project is required. Knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator is a plus. This position also requires knowledge of building codes and standards, building systems, permitting process, LEED guidelines, and a proven ability to monitor project tasks.
