RIM Architects in downtown San Francisco is part of the RIM Organization with additional offices in Hawaii, Alaska, and Guam. We are currently seeking a FT Marketing Coordinator to meet the needs of our growing 10 person office.

Responsibilities:

• Research, track & submit RFP’s/RFQ’s

• Coordinate consultants and teams for RFP/RFQ submittals

• Research marketing opportunities

• Design advertisements & RIM internal newsletters

• Prepare PowerPoint presentations

• Maintain Marketing lists, resumes, project information sheets, and reports

Requirements:

• 3+ years of directly related Marketing experience

• Ability to successfully deliver quality work under deadlines

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Access a plus)

• Comfortable with InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (Adobe Creative Suite 2)
